Duties and Responsibilities:
- Evaluate inbound and outbound calls as per defined sampling criteria by line manager
- Approve adjustments and monitor agents for quality
- Provide timely, accurate and effective feedback regarding job performance
Who are we looking for:
- 1 to 2 Years of Telesales and QA monitoring experience
- Educational Requirement: Graduate
- Proficient in verbal communication English and Urdu
- Have strong sales pitch capabilities
- Strong communication, listening and data analytical skills
- Sound knowledge of System handling and MS office
- Interest in market dynamics along with business sense
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Cool tempered with can do attitude
