For this position, you should be able to use your organizational skills to manage your office space and your time, as you will collaborate with clients and colleagues in a fast-paced environment. You should also have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics (as and when provided)
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- Keep records of all conversations in the call center database in a comprehensible way
- Scehdule appointment for the customers after consultation with the Inspection Center Managers.
- Report directly to the Call Center Manager and the management
