The Customer Services Manager will be responsible for managing the overall operations of the contact center. This will be a leadership position based in Lahore, overseeing a team of inbound and outbound call centre operatives. The position will involve ownership and development of the department, coordinating with other teams, analysing and improving performance using data.
Duties and responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound call centre team for nationwide operations.
- Report and analyze data to improve call quality and efficiency of call centre team
- Establish and manage team KPIs with a focus on increasing conversions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to improve operative systems.
- Recruit, train and manage performance of call centre agents.
- Collaborate with inspection centers nationwide for seamless processes
- Take ownership and improve innovation and idea generation from the team for continuous improvement
