- Take ownership and manage from a 360 degree views the operations of company’s vehicle purchase centres. This will involve customer dealing and handling, administrative control, implementation of SOPs, managing centre team as well as regular coordination with the head office.
For this position, you will require organizational skills to manage your office space and your time, as you will collaborate with clients and colleagues in a fast-paced environment. You should also have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Duties and responsibilities
Customer management and dealing with high-value items.
Oversee and manage a team of inspection specialists and maintain the quality of inspections.
Administrative handling of inspection centres including implementing new policies and company SOPs.
Oversee the purchase and documentation of Cars, collaborating with various departments in the company.
10 percent local travel for meetings etc.
