Who are we looking for:
- 1-2 Years in Customer Service environment with exposure to inbound and outbound in QA department
- Educational Requirement: Graduate
- Can evaluate both inbound and outbound calls as per defined sampling criteria by line manager.
- approve adjustments and monitor agents for quality
- Sound knowledge of System handling and MS office.
- Strong communication, listening and analytical skills
- Provide timely, accurate and effective feedback regarding job performance
- Ability to perform multiple tasks
