Job Description
- Preparing financial statements, vendor and client ledgers, and accounts.
- Preparing profit and loss accounts sheets.
- Posting daily entries.
- Taking minutes in meetings and other administrative duties.
- Performing reconciliations of bank accounts.
- Preparing invoices, bills, and accounts payable and receivables.
- Verifying bank deposits.
- Posting daily receipts.
- Managing monthly budgeting tasks.
- General office management such as ordering stationary etc.
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company.
- Implementing Company Policies.
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
Job Specifications
- Proven Admin and Assistant Experience
- Expert in MS Excel Sheets.
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Minimum Graduation
- Minimum has 2 years of experience in relevant field
