Our company is searching for a Personal Assistant to the Director who can assist him and help improve productivity. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for running business errands, maintaining ongoing business files, working with the director to manage daily calendar, meetings, engagements, taking notes and assisting with creating outgoing correspondence. The ideal candidate for this position is a self-starter who can work well in a fast-paced environment.

  • Good written and oral English
  • Eager to learn
  • Must be pro-active and organized
  • Minimum graduate (in a relevant field)
  • Ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision

Job Description:

  • Responsible for phone and email correspondence in English and Urdu
  • May have to put in crazy hours when needed so should be comfortable with late extended hours
  • Maintain correspondence with clients regarding meetings, events & appointments
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation when required
  • Organising events and conferences
  • Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
  • Reminding the Director of important tasks and deadlines
  • Managing daily calendar, meetings, engagements, taking notes
  • Deliver and pick up business related correspondence within the vicinity
  • Work with executive administrative team to create spreadsheets and presentation information for meeting
