Job Description

  • Working for the CATCOS Call Centre, you will be on the front line, representing the company in a courteous and professional manner. You will be the main point of contact for all customers and will be expected to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Providing superior customer service to CATCOS customers by receiving incoming calls via the telephone.
  • Flexible for Work in CATCOS shifts including Sundays and also on public holidays (working on Sunday will subject to one day leave on any working day).
