Our Operations Manager should be well versed in 2D design, over Photoshop and other Illustrator softwares. Should be familiar with budgeting and dealing expertly with vendors and suppliers.
The key of the job is to be able to execute events in a clear cut and level headed way, and should ideally possess 2-3 years of Event Experience to be considered for an interview call.
