Cavalier Group is embarking on an ambitious project related to tourism in Pakistan, with specific emphasis on the magnificent north of Pakistan. Our focus would be both on infrastructure availability and digitizing and simplifying this process. We would like to have a team of dynamic individuals to act as enablers for this ambitious work
Job type –Full time /contractual
Pay – 55 K to 65 K
Location – GB, KPK, AJK (hub tourism cities within these provinces). This location / placement of researchers within the intended duration of the research and hence a certain degree of flexibility exists. With a room for one reserve CV per city to cater for any unforeseen need
Education –Graduate / Post grad (preferred) with a major in technology or social sciences. Additional certifications / specialization would be a plus.
Experience /Skill set
- Tourism development
- Knowledge on related infrastructure for travel , tourism and adventure
- Sound networking skills and well conversant with the terrain and area
- Business development acumen with specific reference to tourism
- Should have preferably hands on experience/ very strong knowledge of research, with complete clarity on research methodology
- Analytical thinking with business development acumen, having excellent communicational skills
- Sound vision and networking skills
- Practical experience in tourism development , operations and organizing and conducting trips related to adventure and exploration up north
- Conduct of research , business development and innovation
