CC Factories (WZD) (Pvt) Ltd. seeks an experienced Senior Manager, Accounts & Finance to lead its accounting and financial operations. The ideal candidate has at least seven years of experience and excellent skills in financial reporting, analysis, and planning. This role involves managing a team of two, ensuring accurate financial management, regulatory compliance, and contributing to strategic financial decisions that support the company's growth and stability.
The Senior Manager oversees the preparation and review of financial statements, budget forecasts, and variance analysis. Collaborating cross-functionally, the manager provides insights to optimize financial performance and drives continuous improvements in accounting processes. Strong leadership and organizational skills are necessary to guide the small team effectively and maintain high standards of financial discipline and reporting accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the accounts and finance team of two, providing guidance, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
- Prepare, review, and present timely financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.
- Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost optimization and revenue enhancement.
- Oversee the development of financial planning models and budgets aligned with company objectives and strategic goals.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, statutory reporting requirements, and internal policies and controls.
- Coordinate month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring accuracy and completeness of accounting records.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather data and provide financial insights that support business decision-making.
- Implement best practices in accounting procedures and financial management to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Monitor cash flow activities and optimize working capital to support operational needs.
- Assist in audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations to internal and external auditors.
- Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and accounting standards to maintain compliance.
- Drive initiatives to enhance financial systems and reporting tools, leveraging technology when applicable.
