Job Purpose: She will be responsible for field and center level motivational, interaction, information sharing and reintegration activities in project scope

  • Involve in awareness campaigns and regular stakeholders meetings
  • Motivate and encourage
  • Carry out center level and outreach activities as planned in the project to develop feeling of ownership among the beneficiaries
  • Report regularly to Center In-charge
  • Write daily diary regarding feild work
  • Undertake additional tasks as assigned by Center In-charge as per requirement

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelors/Masters degree in social/development studies
  • Minimum 2 years relevant work experience in working with children in difficult situations
  • Working knowledge of child rights is preferred
