Overall Description:
- We are seeking a Marketing Executives (Multiple Positions) to contribute to the overall marketing efforts of the company across multiple platforms and formats to drive engagement, client acquisition and client retention via effective Communication and Marketing Strategies.
Job Responsibilities:
- Planning, developing and implementing effective marketing communication campaigns.
- Using the full marketing mix for the company’s marketing communications
- Writing copy for all marketing collateral, including brochures, letters, emails and websites.
- Understanding the product and customer profile and write thorough specs for each.
- Monitoring ongoing campaign spend against the budget, keeping accurate records and highlighting where variances occur.
- Producing an accurate summary of total spend at the end of a marketing campaign.
- Undertaking detailed ongoing analysis of marketing campaigns to ensure targets are met.
- Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets;
- Gathering market and customer information;
- Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets;
- Gaining a clear understanding of customers' requirements;
- Reporting daily on the progress
Job Qualifications:
- 2 year of experience as a Marketing Executive (International market experience will be a Plus)
- If Fresh, Masters/Graduates from a Reputable institute and have studied different marketing Subjects throughout academics.
- Strong communication skills (both oral and written) and capable of working effectively within a team
- Have a good understanding of the marketing principles and excellent project management skills
- An ambitious and hardworking team player, who is results driven and has a natural competitiveness.
- Demonstrated success working in fast-paced, dynamic and deadline oriented environment
- Must be entrepreneurial, bright, articulate and able to challenge management to think beyond conventional wisdom within the current business paradigm
- Must have demonstrated ability to be a strategic thinker
