Network Engineer Job Responsibilities:
CCJK Technologies Lahore is looking for a Network engineer who will be responsible for building and maintaining the day-to-day operation of computer systems and network that company rely on. Perfect candidate will look after things include an internet, intranet, extranet, local area network (LAN), and wide area network (WAN), VoIP, Server management, Server Security, Domain Controllers. Also will Establishes and maintains network performance by building net configurations and connections; troubleshooting network problems, troubleshooting computer systems, installation and configuration of different software, runtime management and maintenance of different Internet services. Must have experience in maintaining windows server and have hands on experience with Mac and Linus Bases systems as well.
Network Engineer Job Duties:
- Establishes networking environment by designing system configuration; directing system installation; defining, documenting, and enforcing system standards.
- Maximizes network performance by monitoring performance; troubleshooting network problems and outages; scheduling upgrades; taking upon himself to optimize the smooth working of the whole system.
- Secures network system by establishing and enforcing policies; defining and monitoring access.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
- Accomplishes information systems and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
- Reporting network operational status by gathering, prioritizing information; managing projects.
- Maintaining, occasional repairing (must know system/hardware configuration and architecture), Taking quotation on new systems installation and setting up, also purchasing of required devices and systems from IT Markets.
Network Engineer Skills and Qualifications:
· Bachelors in IT and Networks will be a Plus.
· MCSE, CCNA, CCNP, Diploma in Server Management, Diploma in Network Security, Diploma in Systems Architecture and Maintenance
· Experience in Network Troubleshooting, Windows Server 2008 R2/ 2012R2 installation and configuration, Experience in Linux and Mac OS bases systems.
· Proxy IP Configuration, LAN, WAN, and Internet protocol Knowledge.
· Beneficial to know Database Management with My SQL, MS Access MS SQL Server
