Developing an in-depth knowledge of organizational products and process
Being a key point of contact for other departments on financial and accounting matters
Supporting the Accounts Manager and executives with projects and tasks when required
VAT preparation quarterly and annually along with its submission to HMRC
Monthly deduction and submission of Tax withheld in Pakistan office.
Contacting the UK office for any query.
Perform monthly, quarterly and annual accounting activities including reconciliations of bank and credit card accounts, coordination and completion of annual audits, and reviewing financial reports/support as necessary
Analyze and report on financial status including income statement variances, communicating financial results to management, budget preparation and analysis
Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
Dealing with Bank as and when required
Any other work assigned by manager
Expertise with Cloud based Accounting software (Working on Sage and UK Vat is a Plus)
Having 1 to 2 years of experience in handling accounts work (Ecommerce company is a plus)
Intermediate computer skills in MS Office
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, project management and communication skills
