We are looking to hire Area Sales Manager (Lubricants)
- Should have experience of sales, client development and recovery.
- Develop and nurture a high energy collaborative growth culture among sales team.
- Monthly Orders forecasting and achievements of targets.
- Participate in key Sales Calls with Account Managers/ Territory Managers.
- Create a culture of accountability and support the "One Team" culture
- Achieving budgeted sales of the JBL’s portfolio within the assigned sales territory
- Establishing and expanding customer base by making direct sales calls (phone or physical) and following up regularly
- Tracking and reporting all project and target customer activity, sales opportunities and competitors’ activity within the assigned territory and products lines
- Developing fiscal year sales forecasts and territory development plans
- Conducting sales presentations and participating in joint sales calls with other company sales personnel to promote product and to maintain good customer relations
