Job Description

We are looking for Customer Support Executives

  • This is a customer support role where selected candidates would be handling incoming calls for our US client which is a medical clinic. 
  • This would be inquiry/info calls plus scheduling calls. 
  • Would be a first point of contact for our clients patients.

Requirements:

  • Basic selection criteria: Candidate should have neutral or native (american or british)  English accent. NOT pakistani/Desi accent.
  • He should be able to carry lengthy non-scripted conversation completely in English. 
  • Please explicitly tell this to the candidate AFTER assessing their spoken English skill level.
  • Job Timings: 
  • (9 Hours)(Night Shift) : 8 pm - 5 am.
  • Holidays:
  • Weekends off. NO pakistani public holidays only USA holidays.
