Job Responsibilities:
- Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries
- Generating sales leads that develop into new customers
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
- Should be able personally engage with the customer and upsell or provide new alternatives to the Customer.
- Proven customer support experience
- Should be a people’s person who genuinely cares about Customer needs.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiar with CRM systems and practices
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of queries
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Bachelors in English Language/ A Levels would be preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be able to write English with Proper Grammar
