This is a customer support role where candidates would be handling incoming calls for our US client which is a medical clinic. This would be inquiry/info calls plus scheduling calls. Would be a first point of contact for our clients patients.
- Basic selection criteria: Candidate should have neutral or native (american or british) english accent. NOT pakistani/Desi accent.
- You should be able to carry lengthy non-scripted conversation completely in english.
- Pay: Pay would be decided on the quality of interview and would be between Rs.27000-Rs.35000. It would be decided on managements decision and would not be negotiable above Rs.35000.
- Job Timings: (9 Hours)(Night Shift) : 8 pm - 5 am.
- Holidays: Weekends off. NO pakistani public holidays only USA holidays.
