Job Description
- Timely , efficient and cost effective procurement of Pharma packaging & Raw materials from local market , processing of RFQ (Request for Quotation) , comparative statement, Purchase orders.
- Follow-up with suppliers for on time delivery.
- Coordination with warehouse and finance for timely receiving, GRN and payment processing.
- Discussion with Quality department for rejections and replacement.
- KPI data keeping and presentation.
- Supplier score card and required reporting preparations.
- Procurement Planning, Sourcing of materials , Supplier evaluation & validations, Negotiation , work Management, KPI driven performance , cost saving.
- Documentation & record management.
- Comparison of bids / Rates, on time material arrangement.
- Market & Product knowledge for Pharma industry.
- Familiar with Procurement Ethics, DRAP guidelines & compliance.
