We are looking for Sales Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Managing strategic business planning and development. Formulation regarding future sales strategies & budgets/goals.
- Ensure effective hiring, orientation training development of sale staff.
- Prepare monthly/quarterly and annually sale forecast.
- Manage to meet/exceed monthly/quarterly and annually sale forecast.
- Critically analyses the market and suggest various strategy to meet the target on quarterly basis
- To undertake the development of the annual communication strategy in line with marketing standards & business development strategy of the following key revenue procuring divisions, along with assisting in the management of the events & entertainment, promotions & festivals, lifestyles & recreation activities, and wedding & banqueting. This includes development of required collaterals for the above.
- These Heads will build their teams in regions & report to management about business performance.
- Market base salary & other benefits will be offer to successful candidates.
- Regional Target sets, Target Forecasting, Outstanding, Recovery, Motivate team and Team Management.
