1- Collaborate on a cross-disciplinary team to build scalable web applications and services in an Agile fashion.
2- Extend existing automation frameworks as well as creating them from scratch
3- Develop, drive, and execute test plans and test cases based on requirements gathered from product owners and stakeholders
4- Monitor statuses of builds and maintain regression tests
5- Release management
6- Identify risks and interdependencies prior to releases to minimize impact on daily business op¬erations
7- Isolate, replicate, and report defects to the team
8- Keep current on emerging technologies to advance our architecture/technologies to support growth of the business look for people that can prioritize, multi-task, and deliver because it's a lot more fun to get things done.
REQUIREMENTS:
1- 5 years of experience as a QA Engineer on large scale, high-volume web applications
2- Thorough understanding of QA concepts; STLC, SDLC, Continuous Integration
3- Thorough understanding of Test concepts; Unit, Integration, E2E
4- Thorough understanding of API testing, Micro Services Architectures (RESTful APIs, JSON, HTTP client)
5- Demonstrated coding skills in JS, Java, Python or other languages
6- Demonstrated experience in automating tests with Selenium, Cucumber, and JMeter
7- Experience with Financial Systems and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
8- Experience with SaaS scalable technologies
9- Experience with load and performance testing
10- Strong knowledge of QA processes and methodologies
11- Experience in Unix/Linux environments
12- Experience using SQL to write and understanding queries and procedures
13- Experience using tools including Jira, Jenkins, and GitHub
