  • BBA and/or MBA with Majors in HR.
  • 3Years of experience in Software Industry Recruitment in Local Market.
  • Should have experience recruiting software developers (Junior, Senior, Mid-Level) for various technologies. Especially JS, Backend Developer, Frontend, Full Stack, Hybrid Mobile App Developers.
  • Should have great deal of connections OR candidate pool from the Local market/Linkedin
  • Ambitious and ready to take recruitment challenges.
  • Good communication skills.
