Job Description


We are looking for Service Centre Engineer.


  • Part of the team that monitors and controls HAUD’s SaaS on 24/7/365 basis
  • Collect data for analysis from system and/or directly from the designated data-sources
  • Generate the requested external and internal reports
  • Handle and analyse data in multiple languages
  • Provide 1st -line Technical Support to clients. This includes Interaction with clients and stakeholders to respond to enquiries and target first-line issue resolution
  • Liaise internally with the commercial and technical departments and solution vendors on behalf of the clients
  • Carry out market research and collection of data
  • Perform initial analysis and technical troubleshooting for client reported issues.
