Mobile application development mainly on Android.
Build solutions using the technical requirements for the implementation of the mobile solution.
Deliver across the entire app life cycle –concept, design, build, deploy, test, release to app stores and support.
Build prototypes at tech scoping stage of projects.
Understands client organization's direction, structure, and requirements.
Discussing with the customer technical aspects of the mobile application solution architecture, including the technology used, methodology followed, and devices selected.
Analyzes and documents required information and data.
Develops internal and external meeting objectives / agendas and meet project deadlines.
Research to be in line with latest mobile development and technology trends.
Create compelling device specific user interfaces and experiences.
Explain technologies and solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Build prototypes at tech scoping stage of projects.

Essential Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information technology or equivalent (advanced degree a plus)
1-3 years of Android development experience.
Published examples of mobile applications in Android market.
Proven experience in the following technologies and tools: Java,J2ME,J2EE,C sharp JavaScript, XML, Andriod Studio, SDK tools, Git / SVN
Experience of SQLite, MySQL or similar database management system
Must possess effective presentation and communication (both verbal and written) skills in English.
Must be self-starter, proactive and willing to learn and grow with the business individually and as a team.
Familiar with tools used for mobile apps front end designing
Familiar with iOS SDK (UIKit, Cocoa Touch, Core Data, Core Location, etc) – Desirable
Familiar with xcode - Desirable
Good understanding of software testing techniques particularly in mobile application development - Desirable
