We are looking for a new family member as a Product Manager who is responsible for product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The Product Manager also ensures that the product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals. It is a cross-functional role.


  1. Own the strategy and roadmap for current and future products
  2. Drive digital innovation and serve as a change agent throughout the organization (Technology and Business)
  3. Set and implement the digital strategy by working with cross-functional partners to map and transition analog processes into digital ones, spearheading product and billing KPIs monthly.
  4. Be an evangelist, championing the use of digital technology and practices while partnering with the business owner to engender a digital mindset from the top down
  5. Ensure collaboration, knowledge sharing, and digital best practices among partners and colleagues to help establish a robust digital ecosystem
  6. Measure ROI for digital projects, fine-tuning approaches as needed to ensure that we’re investing in the appropriate tools and resources
  7. Brief and train the sales force at quarterly sales meetings
  8. Use research, knowledge, and experience to improve the processes (technical and business)
  9. Setting up a go-to-market strategy


  1. Minimum BS. Software Engineering/ BS Computer Sciences
  2. 5 or more years of experience. Relevant experience in a similar role and US medical billing industry would be a plus.
  3. Able to apply to understand of applicable regulations (e.g., HIPAA, SOX, HL7, EDI).
  4. Leadership /Visionary/Goad-oriented Personality
  5. A positive personality who can inspire others
  6. Knowledge of project management tools, like Jira, Trello, Asana
  7. Proven experience of Agile scrum methodology
  8. Excellent technical, analytical, and strategic planning skills
  9. Excellent time management and organizational skills
  10. Comfortable working in a target-oriented atmosphere
  11. Ability to work under pressure and complete the project by meeting the deadlines
  12. Excellent interpersonal communication skills and should be a good team player
  13. Drive to constantly improve productivity and quality
  14. Problem Solving and strong Decision-Making skills
  15. Proficient at multitasking
