We are looking for an Admin Officer for our regional office at Peshawar,

Professional Roles:

  • Overall day-to-day management of all aspects of the CEF Office.
  • Provide superlative care and service catering to needs of office entities.
  • To keep liaise, both formally and informally in scheduling meetings, seminars & training programs.
  • To control the expenses budget & handle petty cash according to the office procedures.
  • Record & maintain inventory of the office assets.
  • To manage staff effectively to ensure that office is well presented, functioning and safe and secure at all times.
  • Provide logistic support to office activities.
  • To provide service to the guests
  • Drafting letters and preparing progress reports as and when required
  • Maintain records for attendance, Stationary indents, disbursement as required
  • Providing full support to HR on recruitment & selection activity
  • Assist in training & development Activities.
  • Keeping, maintaining & updating, Personal Files/records of Regional employees.
  • Assist in conducting personal interviews & performance appraisals.
  • Provide weekly/monthly MIS to the corporate HR.
  • Management of inventory
  • Utility bills timely report and clearance
  • Mess management and guest entertainment
  • Air and bus ticketing, transport maintenance and arrangements
  • Civil, electrical, plumbing , equipment maintenance, vehicle  maintenance
  • Purchase process of office supplies, furniture and fixtures, electric and gas equipment
  • Prepare periodical reports and present to the management.
  • Boarding & lodging arrangements.
