Job Description

We intend to hire Admin Officer who would ensure the smooth running of our Head office on a day-to-day basis and manage a team of administrative or support staff.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supports company operations by maintaining office systems and supervising Office/Administrative staff.
  • Designs and implements office policies by establishing standards and procedures, measuring results against standards, and making necessary adjustments.
  • Organizing meetings and managing databases
  • Booking transport and accommodations
  • Organizing company events and/or conferences
  • Ordering stationery and furniture
  • Dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries
  • Preparing letters, presentations and reports
  • Managing office budgets
  • Liaising with Staff, Suppliers, custom clearing agents, clients, PEC, ICCI, ISO etc
  • Organizing induction programs for new employees
  • Ensuring that health and safety policies are up to date
