1. Ensure that checklist is complete in the start of data collection.
  2. Responsible for the entire data collection by telephone
  3. To provide quality data to the supervisor and able to write good reports
  4. Attend Morning and Evening sessions in data collection days
  5. Travel extensively within the field sites.
  6. To follow the Organization’s SOPs and work with the communities, especially children and women
  7. Manage any other issues related to the survey in the field during data collection and report to supervisor.
  8. Follow confidentiality and security procedures to ensure that respondent privacy is protected
  9. Quality assurance of data collected for completeness and accuracy
  10. Any other duty assigned by supervisor

Requirements;

  1. Completed university education (bachelors or masters)
  2. Experience with computer-assisted personal interviews (CAPI), ideally, experienced with SurveyCTO software
  3. Experience with telephonic interviews CATI
  4. Available for 8 hours in a day for 15 days
  5. Willingness to work irregular hours and under stressful conditions
  6. Willingness to work on weekends during the period of data collection
  7. Motivation, endurance, and reliability shown through previous work experience in data collection
  8. Fluency in Urdu (Sindhi and/or Baluchi would be a plus)
  9. Good command of English would be a plus
  10. Having personal laptop in working condition to update the tracking sheets
