Survey Planning:

  • Assist the project team in designing all survey activities, instruments, and approaches.
  • Make and implement field plans and mapping exercises to achieve periodic goals of survey activities with the assistant field coordinator’s and/or supervisors’ support.
  • Assist in recruitment and training of enumerators, field supervisors, quality checkers, and other field staff.

Survey Operations:

  • Assist the Senior Field Coordinator in supervising all administrative and coordination tasks between project team at CERP and the field staff.
  • Ensure punctuality, attendance, and professional conduct of enumerators, supervisors, and quality checkers in collaboration with all stakeholders/partners in the project.
  • Ensure management and collection of daily survey data from the field team.
  • Remain accessible and respond to issues that may arise during survey operations, including but not limited to complaints by or about any member of the field team.
  • Assist in planning, managing, and scheduling activities of the quality control team.
  • Maintain detailed daily, weekly, and monthly logs of all issues and observations of the survey operations, and report to the Senior Field Coordinator.
  • Ensure strict compliance with survey rules and regulations as laid down by project team and the Senior Field Coordinator.
  • Delegate operational duties to the assistant field coordinator and supervisors as required.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Assist the Senior Field Coordinator in drafting reports, analyzing survey data, and improving the survey and project activities.
  • Coordinate any data-related concerns with the Senior Field Coordinator and the project team.
  • Provide regular updates to Senior Field Coordinator and the project team about all details pertaining to the running of field survey activities.
  • Compile and report complete details of field and quality checking teams’ activities at the end of each period, as required by the Senior Field Coordinator.
  • Provide comprehensive reports to the Senior Field Coordinator on all survey-related complaints received, problems encountered, and remedial measures taken.
  • Ensure strict compliance with survey rules and regulations as laid down by project team.
  • Assist in the overall management of the intervention roll-out phases.
