For this role, you will be required to do the following tasks regularly:
- Managing team of 30+ Job Counselors
- Managing resource allocation between survey activities
- Overseeing day-to-day work, monitoring attendance
- Monitoring completion of calling targets
- Monitoring adherence to quality assurance protocols through multiple mediums such as monitoring quality in person, through data checks and audio recordings
- Monitoring data and & call logs to meet targets
- Liaise with senior management regarding daily targets, revisions to protocols, any changes to survey and overall deliverables
- Sharing regular progress reports with senior management regarding each survey activity
- Making presentations regarding targets, timelines and progress
- Documentation of all processes
- Training of new recruits
- Any other tasks required in the duration of this contract
