1. The Officer will be responsible to coordinate and supervise office administration, general services and logistics of CERD Pakistan including the movement of staff (staff logistics) and vehicle (fleet management), as well as set up of administration of office support systems and assets monitoring telephone communications, office vehicles, furniture and fixtures. This post will also be responsible for logistics of procurement
2. Ensures the availability and proper utilization of all basic facilities;
3. Provide general administrative support to the head office and various projects
4. Support the management team for maintenance of office support systems for telecommunications, general office support, vehicle management, travel and accommodation support and all necessary support as needed
5. Ensure arrival / departure of staff / visitors
6. Supervise, lead guide and support field Project Administration Assistant;
7. Reconcile the list of project property annual physical counts against the records.
8. Ensure complete project property register is maintained; all items are entered in property register and properly tagged
9. The Officer will be responsible for warehouse management and its maintainance.
10. Any other assignment assigned by the management time to time.
