Job brief
We are looking for a skilled HR Manager who will recruit, support and develop talent through developing policies and managing procedures in Pakistan (50% of your worktime) and remotely also in four of our foreign subsidiaries (Ethiopia, Uganda, Burkina Faso and Zambia). In these foreign offices, you will have one person in admin to support you. You will contribute to making the companies a better and safer place to work.

The Centre for Development and Evaluation (C4DE) Pakistan was established in January 2015 as a private limited firm. C4DE’s core business include quantitative and qualitative research, training and capacity building, data collection, data analysis, third-party monitoring, and impact evaluation. C4DE is part of C4ED group. The C4ED group’s vision is to improve the lives of the poor and vulnerable by making development interventions more effective. The C4ED group has a strong focus on mixed-methods and quantitative impact evaluations in developing countries, conducting projects all over the world and maintains research relationships with 3ie, ACTED, GCF, IFAD, ILO, IPA, J-PAL, the World Bank, and UNICEF to name just a few of its cooperation partners.
