1. Develop digital templates for digital and print materials including (but not limited to) expressions of interest, proposals, resumes, past performance citations, geographic maps, knowledge products (approach papers and project reports), PPT and other interactive presentations, questionnaires etc. as per company and industry design conventions.
  2. Produce digital and print materials including: data visualizations (fact sheets, infographics, maps, diagrams, graphs), publications and published marketing materials (brochures, pamphlets, posters, banners)
  3. Ensure coherent, powerful, and aesthetic visual identity and company branding of digital and print marketing materials as well as knowledge products of the company.
  4. Develop, modify and document presentation styles and templates using latest tools and editors.
  5. Develop and maintain a system of template version control, file access permissions and electronic file archival.
  6. Create original information graphics with Corel Draw, Adobe Spark and Online Infographics tools, Adobe Illustrator, or other cutting-edge digital solutions.
  7. Create page and brochure layout using InDesign and Illustrator.
  8. Organize content for graphics.
  9. Order and search for stock images.
  10. Stories from the field highlighting particular initiatives of programmes.
  11. Ability to capture materials in the field with C4ED camera and contribute to building pictorial database
  12. Transition easily between multiple topics and aesthetics.
  13. Incorporate feedback and perform quick updates to completed graphics (map of countries of operation etc.)
  14. Ensure timely delivery of graphics per assigned delivery date.
