CentricSource is looking for an experienced Android Developer to join the team of Mobile Application Developers. Professionals who have at least 3+ years of working experience in Android App Development. The right candidate will be offered competitive Salary and fringe Benefits.
Must have Hands on Experience with Android SDK, Java, OOPS, XML / JSON, AJAX, MVC.
- Must be proficient in Android and iPhone development would be a plus.
- Strong OOP concepts and Client-Server architecture understanding.
- Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle
- Able to create view based applications
- Strong fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structure, asynchronous processing and algorithm designs, MVC, create/consume web services, XML, JSON, REST, etc.
- Social media integration (Facebook, twitter, etc.)
- Efficiently structures and optimizes layouts for a variety of device sizes and OS versions
- Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
- Working experience with Android studio
- Decent understanding of code-versioning especially GIT.
- Working experience with VIPER architecture would be a plus.
- Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies
- Strong memory management skills for Android
- Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency
- Ability to perform testing and debugging programs on devices.
- Independent, self motivated, good teamwork and able to work under pressure.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels in ENGLISH, both written and verbal.
- Must have ability to meet the deadline.
- A strong sense of ownership for code quality that follows best practices.
