Centricsource is looking for a self-driven, highly motivated, hands on Senior Database Architect with a passion for building great systems. Candidate should have worked as a Database architect/analyst & DBA, having 5 years of professional development experience preferably in MySQL database. He must be having at least one year working experience in any NoSQL database as well. Apply if you are willing to work in the 2nd SHIFT: 3:00 pm to 12:00 am.
Must have skills:
- Highly proficient in data modelling.
- Must have good hands-on skills on data modelling tool.
- Highly skilled in database analysis, tuning, indexing and SQL optimization techniques.
- Good knowledge and hands-on skills of at least one RDBMS database. Having knowledge in MySQL would be a plus.
- Knowledge of Business Intelligence (Tableau, Oracle BI, Business Objects, Zoho Reports, or equivalent...)
- Good knowledge and working experience in at least one "No SQL" database.
- Knowledge of "Big Data" methodologies and implementations.
Good to have:
- Experience analyzing user navigation, clicks, usage, etc. of mobile apps.
- Experience translating usage data into customer support workflows and talking points.
- Experience with Customer Life Cycle and Customer 360 data warehousing methodology, configuration, implementation and best practices.
- Experience in having No SQL administration skills.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with all teams in a collaborative environment.
- Architect, design, deliver, test, and troubleshoot complex data implementations.
- Work with solution architects to improve data strategy, quality and governance.
- Work closely with both business and external users to quickly deliver high-quality applications.
- Perform code reviews of SQL and offer performance related improvements to the team.
- Proficient with interpreting query explain plans, reviewing data within tables and recommending indexing strategies.
- Implement and support database backup and recovery operations.
