As the Receptionist , you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the Century Town Housing Project office. You will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and customers, providing a welcoming and professional demeanor at all times. You will also be responsible for managing the daily administrative operations of the office, including scheduling appointments, organizing files, ordering supplies, and overseeing office maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and customers, ensuring a professional and courteous manner at all times
  • Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessary
  • Schedule appointments and meetings, ensuring all necessary resources are available
  • Manage the office calendar and ensure all appointments are properly recorded
  • Receive and sort incoming mail and packages, distributing to the appropriate team members
  • Prepare outgoing mail and packages for delivery
  • Manage office supplies, ordering and restocking as needed
  • Coordinate office maintenance and repairs as necessary
  • Oversee the filing system and maintain accurate records of office documents and communications
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
