Detail Report regarding Contracts for upcoming projects.
Develop and implement effective correspondence with the Client
Preparation of Claims.
Preparation of Contracts for Subcontractors.
Support of QS in Variation Order preparation.
Coordinate with clients to guarantee terms of contracts are fulfilled in compliance with the terms and regulations
Serve as the main liaison with outside contracting representatives
Handle breach of contracts in a timely manner
Research regulations to ensure contracts are updated and in compliance with laws.
