Responsible for design & overseeing construction workall the site for building and infrastructure.Prepartion of shop drawing & material submittals and getting approval from the consultant.
conducting research on current industry trends and technology advances to identify new/alternate materials,process,and products keeping in view specifications and available budget.
Prepare BOQ for all new items to be purchased and have close liaison with the procurment for searching materials from the market.
Supervise sub contractors to ensure that work follows specification approved shop drawings and meet the deadlines.
Drafting Sub Contracts of the project.
Inspection of work sites along with the Consultant.
Preparing cost estimation/rate analysis of MEP items.
Prepare RFQs to float in the market for sub contracting works
Verify the sub contractors bills.
To be aware of installation methods and corrrect sequences of works
carry out tests on systems and make changes to plans where necessary
Perform value Engineering for cost &time saving.
Perform other tasks as assigned
