As a Head Chef, your responsibilities include:
1. Responsible for Kitchen Department Operations.
2. Must have full command on Pakistani, Chinese and International Cuisines.
3. Planning menus and prepare food demand
4. Check quality of raw material issue form store
5. Monitor food preparation at different stages.
6. Ensure every item cooked is well prepared by demand and equipped with necessary items.
7. Meet customers during prime time operations in case of any query or complaint and ensure its timely closure.
8. Maintain good hygiene practice
9. Conduct training need analysis and arrange trainings accordingly.
