The Call Center Sales Representative will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding the customer journey, and ensuring a smooth sales process. You will be responsible for building customer rapport and achieve customer trust and satisfaction. A competitive, sales-driven personality along with great listening skills to understand the customer's wants and needs. The ability to cross-sell/ upsell additional products and services to achieve maximum sales potential. Experience in selling Soft or Durable Goods is necessary with Durable Goods preferred.
