We are seeking a Finance Manager to streamline our business operations.

The ideal candidate will be expected to:

  • Maintain financial systems and controls to ensure the efficiency, integrity and transparency of the office and sub-office operations in accordance with QC guidelines, national legal requirements and internationally accepted accounting standards.
  • Ensure all accounting records and supporting documentation for all financial transactions are maintained in a systematic order and in a safe and secure condition.
  • Develop and update the financial guidelines as per updated industry requirements.

  Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the effective and efficient working of budgetary, accounting, reporting and internal control systems for the company. 
  • Manage all accounting records and supporting documentation for all financial transactions are maintained in a systematic order and in a safe and secure condition.
  • Undertake local internal audits of the country and field offices and assign action points for different stakeholders and follow up for the achievement.
  • Ensure that contracts, leases and other agreements are properly prepared and updated as per the company’s needs; including fair and reasonable commitments from service vendors in compliance with legal obligations.
  • Manage relationships with chartered accountants and financial auditors.
  • Compile the yearly budget for industrial operations and periodically monitor financial transactions, tracking them against the budget.
  • Support the Finance HQ department in finding financial solutions and opportunities to improve the company’s position and reduce expenses.
  • Calculate all taxes (corporate, labor, gst, etc.) prepare reports and file declarations within stated deadlines.
  • Ensure productive and efficient office operations, taking charge of utilities and service contracts, reception services and facility management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience of 7 years in a relevant role.
  • Experience working with property developers will be preferred.  
  • Bachelor or Master in Accounting/Finance/ACCA from a reputable institute. 
  • Good knowledge of MS Office.
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
