We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to streamline our business operations. The ideal candidate will be expected to:
- Review construction plans and prepare quantity requirements.
- Prepare reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessments, and other documents.
- Scrutinize maintenance and material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals.
- Liaise with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors and verify costing reports/ bills of materials through detailed drawings.
- Possess detailed knowledge of past and current building and construction technology, processes, materials, business, and legal matters.
Responsibilities:
- Forecast & prepare project costing of the different materials needed for the project such as materials, quantities, labor, and time.
- Prepare tender documents, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation.
- Conduct verification of Bills and track changes to the design & construction work, while adjusting budget projections accordingly.
- Must be able to read, review, interpret and modify existing building plans.
- Perform risk, value management and cost control during construction.
- Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the architect and/or the client.

- Assist in establishing a client's requirements and undertake feasibility studies to ensure their proposals will work.
Requirements:
- Proven experience of 10-15 years in the Property Development & Construction Industry working on high-rise buildings.
- BSc in Civil Engineering from a reputable institute.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD, and 2D/3D work.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
