We are seeking a Front Desk Officer for streamlining our office operations. The ideal candidate will have to:
Job Summary
- Be responsible for administrative duties, such as answering phones and emails, filing and scanning important documents, scheduling and documenting calendar events for members of the office.
- Meet & greet visitors as they walk into the office premises.
Responsibilities:
- Greet people pleasantly when entering the office premises. Answering any questions, providing directions and informing staff when someone is there to meet them.
- Answer a multiple line phone system. Manage calls by routing them to the proper extensions or taking messages and delivering them within our message system along with setting up conference calls as requested.
- Accept deliveries and mail, organize them to be distributed to the correct recipients using the office mailing system and ensure they get to the recipient in a timely manner while also managing outgoing mail and packages for pickup.
- Handle filing and data entry as requested.
Requirements:
- Proven experience of 4-5 years, preferably in the Property Development & Construction Industry.
- Bachelor or Post Graduate degree in Commerce/ HRM/ from a reputable institute.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- Fluency in written & spoken English.
- Outstanding communication and inter-personal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
