- Daily update the stock report.
- Daily update the stock ledger.
- Daily update the “B” stock report.
- Daily update the transporter bills.
- Daily update the GRN/STN/DO/SR & RO’s.
- Prepare the stock according to DO.
- Noting serial number on DO/STN which is being dispatched
- Stock will hand over to transporter according to DO/STN.
- Check physical the return stock with RO/SO.
- Arrange weekly stock taking of stock randomly.
- Setting of stock in warehouse as per plan
