We are looking for an Energetic & Enthusiastic “Human Resource Executive” to manage our company’s recruiting, learning and development, and employee performance programs.

Responsibilities

Plan, implement, and manage the overall Talent Acquisition strategy
Provide counseling and support on policies and procedures
Perform duties such as job descriptions, job posting, promotion, and hiring analytics
Measure employee retention and turnover rates
Identified KPIs for the HR department
Plan and implement training programs
Assist in performance management and employee evaluation
Maintaining employee records and paperwork
Drawing up plans for future personnel hiring procedures and goals

Requirement: -

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant field
1 year of Experience in HR
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be great at multitasking, prioritizing, and managing time
In-depth knowledge of HR best practices
People-oriented and results-driven
Excellent Skills on MS Excel
Has the ability to handle large data and make meaningful analysis from it
Ability to work independently and a drive to take initiative
