Chaplet International is a progressive company which receives different projects from around the world. For the upcoming projects, Chaplet is looking for a candidate who is done with his/her Bachelors/Master in Management Sciences. The candidate should be talented to construct project plans, make proper teams, give technical assistance and line up the work for the people working under him/her.
The Key Responsibilities for the candidate would be as follows,- Assist in developing and implementing plans and goals for the department
- Work with the Director to coordinate and supervise daily operations
- Monitor attainment of objectives
- Undertake staffing responsibilities like training, evaluating etc
- Planning and maintaining schedules of the events
- Create ongoing project reports and submit them to the Director or other executives
- Fulfill duties as assigned by the Director
- Delegating duties to employees to complete projects, streamline day-to-day activities, or meet new objectives
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
- Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document need
- Ensures project documents are complete, current, and appropriately stored
- Works with developers and designers to define and document questions, liaise with business via email, IM or phone to get new requirements and explain feasibility
- Searching and sourcing of the products required for the project
- Creating weekly or monthly schedules for employees
- Attending or leading department meetings to assess progress with projects
- Participating in strategic planning with the department Director
- Giving presentations to employees to educate them on new initiatives, procedures, or projects
- Arranging, managing and keeping records all of the files and documents
