Looking for Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition to help us source, identify, screen, and hire individuals for various roles in our company. To be successful, one must have excellent interpersonal communication along with proficiency in full-cycle recruiting, employer branding & Applicant Tracking systems.
Core Responsibilities:
- Developing strategy for current staffing needs and talent forecasting, to lead employment branding initiatives.
- Able to craft relevant JDs with selection criteria in liaising with departmental HODs, while sourcing applicants through digital networks: LinkedIn, Indeed, Rozee.
- Take steps to ensure assessment of the right candidates including portfolios and referral checks, initial screening, and in-person interviews.
- Smooth execution of recruitment and selection SOPs through psychometric testing, competency mapping & behavioural screening for smooth onboarding & proper orientation planning of the right talent.
Core Requirements:
- Well-organized personality with multi-tasking & strategic approach.
- Knowledge & experience of recruitment laws, HRIS, Employee referral programs, recruitment marketing, and full-cycle recruiting by using various interview techniques & evaluation tools.
- Find bottlenecks in the recruitment process, and maintain records including interview notes and related paperwork for improvement suggestions.
