Lead the HR activities of Region consist of (Multiple Stores in different cities) by making sure that all the HR operations are being carried out in an effective manner.
Support and advice store management of the region in identifying good and potential employees for future growth and help them in developing plans resulting into succession, better retention and performance based culture.
Ensure complete track of Staffing and Head counts against budgets and identify critical position to create backups for smooth and timely recruitment operations in the region.
Coordinate with central HR and implement training programs and schemes in regions and take charge of Brand Ambassador Training, Customer Services modules to ensure employee continuous learning through self-development process and tools in CHASE UP.
Government Relations: Responsible to comply with the Acts and Regulations of Social Security Institute, EOBI and Labor Department of Pakistan
