- Delivering CHASE UP customers a delightful shopping experience at store
- Responsible for inventory management with minimal shrinkage
- Forecasting, planning, and executing best retail sales and merchandising strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets
- Executing retail operational plans to achieve elevated growth in sales and profit
- Proactively managing and reviewing the performance and progress of the store
- Spending time on store floor with team and customers to understand and identify store critical issues in order to ensure the alignment of sales tactics and strategies
- Regularly producing and presenting a range of financial/non financial reports for the management as required
- Taking a lead role in building an excellent customer service, customer care, and sales management culture at store.
